2. Acceptance of Terms By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

3. Products & Mystery Box Contents Our mystery boxes contain a curated selection of surprise items. While we publish a list of product categories and share inspiration images in our advertising, the exact items included in each box are not guaranteed and will vary. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the surprise nature of our products. Inspiration images are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent the exact contents of any box.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. We accept all payment methods available through Shopify Payments, including credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Orders & Confirmation An order confirmation email will be sent after your purchase. This confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, in which case you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery Orders are dispatched according to our Shipping Policy, available on our website. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Portuguese law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at mycutemysterybox@gmail.com. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at mycutemysterybox@gmail.com with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including images, text, and branding — is the property of MyCuteMysteryBox and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Portuguese law, MyCuteMysteryBox shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
