Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide from Portugal.

3. Shipping Times & Rates

Portugal 1–3 business days Orders over €50
Europe 3–5 business days Orders over €100
Rest of the World 5–10 business days Orders over €150

Shipping costs for orders below the free shipping threshold will be calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

4. Carriers We ship via CTT Express for Portugal and Europe, and DHL for international orders (including the USA). Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order in real time.

5. Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

6. Delays Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. MyCuteMysteryBox is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at mycutemysterybox@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. MyCuteMysteryBox is not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
